Hi Sarah,
I'm glad you want to help animals, such as myself. Any attempt to give me treats would not be futile, plus it would help prevent my extinction. I think you are a great writer and should consider writing 9 biographies of my lives. I'm on about number 3, but who's counting?
Love, your third favorite cat, White Sox

Is it okay if a proud aunt says you sure do know a lot about animals? I tell people, " If you ever need to learn about crows and ravens, I know somebody who can speak with authority on the subject!"

Thanks, Sarah, for introducing yourself. I wish I could see your drawings. My sister is an art teacher and would love to have a student who enjoyed drawing wild animals at the zoo. You sound like a wonderful, energetic, young lady who will be an asset to the Zoo Intern program, and with your experience working and visiting the zoo, can share a lot with your fellow students in the program, and the Zoo visitors you will meet. The animals will love to have you working with them, and I am sure they would be happy to pose for you so you can get up close and personal views of them. From what I have read in the blogs, many of the species are hams at heart and love to be watched by humans. They also like to people watch. Enjoy the Zoo Intern program!
