Judges treated to three types of sustainable seafood at first-ever Chef Cook-off for Conservation
The San Diego Zoo took conservation one step further today-into a cooking competition. Chefs from three top local restaurants came out to the San Diego Zoo Wednesday for the first-ever Chef Cook-off for Conservation. They each had an hour to prepare their food at the Sabertooth Grill in the San Diego Zoo’s Harry and Grace Steele Elephant Odyssey. The dishes were judged on taste, presentation and cooking with conservation in mind.
